In order to avail of our returns policy customers must first contact us regarding the issue at hand. We will then provide a shipping label for the product to be returned. Our customers will receive a full refund in cases of a change of mind up to 30 days from the date of purchase (excluding carriage). Our 2 year warranty cover also provides customers with a full refund or replacement option. When placing an order for our products, you are agreeing to our terms of service.

CarAirsprings offers a 2 year warranty cover to all its customers from date of purchase. In cases of warranty issues we offer a full refund or replacement of the goods in question (including carriage). In the event of misuse or improper installation causing damage to the product the warranty cover will be void. For this reason we recommend sourcing an authorised mechanic for installation purposes.

To protect your warranty we recommend inspection of your product upon delivery from your courier as per worldwide courier policy. The product packaging should be opened and inspected in detail with the courier as witness to ensure no damage has occurred during the delivery process.
