If you place an order before 3 PM, we will ship it the same day. We offer next-day delivery to UK and Ireland on all orders placed before this deadline. However, our courier services run between Monday – Friday.

We provide delivery service throughout Europe. We offer free delivery to most European countries. If there is a charge, the price you see on the delivery calculation is the actual price you pay.
If your country is not listed on the Delivery Calculation on the “Cart” page or “Shipping Address” page, please contact our sales team to get a delivery quote for your parts. While it may not be listed, we may still offer shipping options to your country.

We offer track-and-traced packages, allowing you peace-of-mind and assurance that your parts are on their way. We will provide you with a tracking number, where you will be able to trace your part on the UPS, DPD or TNT websites. If you see any delays or unexplained issues with your tracking, please contact us directly or ring your local courier for a solution.
For countries that we do not offer free shipping, the delivery rate charge of your order is based on the weight of your product(s) and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be able to see the total cost of shipping that you will pay. Therefore, this gives you the opportunity to revise the total costs of your order.
If you order multiple parts and one of them is on back order, we will ship the available parts straight away (unless specified) and the remainder of your order once it becomes available. We will not charge you any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment. In addition, if you get a notification that we will put some of your parts on back order and you need them together, please notify us and we will check with our suppliers and other companies for availability.
